Time for our quarterly Springhurst real estate report. Here’s where we track the number of homes that sold and the average for all those properties. this will give us a very general idea of how our neighborhood performed. When I say “our” that’s because… I live here too!
Without further ado, here’s our Springhurst Quarterly Real Estate Report in easy-to-read, chart format.
Springhurst Home Sales
After an astounding 3Q, things came back to Earth in our fourth quarter results. There were only 8 closings in the neighborhood from October through December. This happens to be the same total for 4Q 2016.
Springhurst Home Values
The average sales price in the Springhurst neighborhood jumped to $380,875 for 4Q 2017. Compared to the number from a year ago, this is a 10.44% increase! Not bad, not bad.
Remember, this is only for homes that have sold. It doesn’t consider pending sales. When homeowners don’t sell their properties, this report doesn’t consider them as part of this calculation.
Note: These changes don’t reflect the home values of any Springhurst homes that have not been listed for sale. It’s really just a simple way to get a general feel for what home values in our Springhurst neighborhood are doing.
Here are the values for our most recent quarter:
Number of Homes Sold: 8
