And we’re off! 2017 is working to improve upon a record setting 2016. Springhurst, as a neighborhood, is fairly large but is still a quite small sample size.
Plus, keep in mind that there are a good number of smaller, less-expensive condos that make up a decent portion of home sales each month. So obviously, those numbers bring the average sale price value lower.
Here we go!
Springhurst Home Sales
For the 1st quarter of 2017, there were 9 homes sold in Springhurst neighborhood which is three homes fewer properties than was was sold 1st quarter of 2016.
Please don’t forget that the number of homes sold is, of course, dependent entirely on how many homeowners decide to list and sell their properties. So it doesn’t reflect the value change of all the homes in Springhurst, just those that exchanged hands.
The average Cumulative Days on Market (cDOM) for this quarter was a speedy 33 days. That’s much faster than our city as a while.
