MONDAY July 14 – 3:00 p.m. – A resident who lives on a main neighborhood road near the entrance to her village was preparing to take her young daughters to the store. The Children, ages 6 and 3, were playing in the driveway when the resident had to go inside for a moment. When the resident went back out to the garage, she saw a man in her driveway walking towards one of her daughters. The man was startled and then asked the resident in a strong foreign accent for “directions to the new hotel.” The resident responded there was no “new hotel here” and after watching each other for a minute, the man returned to his car and drove away.

The man had black colored skin, is around 6 feet one to two inches tall and is heavy set with glasses. He drove an older white car up into the driveway. The license number is 331EWV.

Stay alert and report anything out of the ordinary.
